Make Shrewsbury a City
It is time that Shrewsbury was made a city, most county capitals like Chester, Lancaster, Hereford, Worcester are classed as cities.
Shrewsbury is still a town which seems very wrong as it is the capital of Shropshire.
It has a cathedral, although it is a Catholic one which in this day and age of equality just because it doesn't have a C of E cathedral shouldn't stop it becoming a city.
