Amend proposed national restrictions guidance to allow collective worship
Amend the New National Restrictions Guidance (effective 5/11/20)to allow collective worship and the celebration of marriages in a socially distant and safe manner. Establish a set of criteria places of worship should meet to allow these important rites to happen safely.
The government must publish the data to support the need to close the houses of worship for public acts of worship and to ban the celebration of civil and religious marriages.
The government should publish a clear criteria of rules and practices to be adhered to in order for public services to be able to continue in a safe manner much like in supermarkets and other places of work.
Without these the decision is unjust and discriminatory.
