proposed new young driving rules
The proposed changes for new drivers are not thought out very well and should instead help youngster to drive more safely as there are a lot of young families that need their transport with out any restrictions.
My daughter in law is twenty and have a newly born son, these new changes will ban her from driving as she would not be able to drive a car with her son in and my son also would not be able to drive/go on holiday/or react to emergencies like doctor/hospital etc with his young family.
