BAN PEOPLE SETTING OFF/HAVING FIREWORKS UNLESS IT IS A CELEBRATION OR EVEN LIKE BONFIRE NIGHT OR NEW YEARS EVE
PEOPLE'S PETS GETTING SCARED HIDING, RUNNING AWAY BECAUSE OF THE SOUND OF THE FIREWORKS
PEOPLE SHOULDNT BE SETTING THEM OFF UNLESS ITS A CELEBRATION AS ITS JUST NASTY TO THESE ANIMALS WHO ARE GETTING SCARED.
