Allow more than 15 people at a wedding.
Allow a congregation of at least 50 close friends and family to attend a wedding
To discuss this and come to a conclusion that it should be allowed. Compare this to full gymnasium which is allowed or a flight from Cyprus to the uk i was personally on with 100 plus strangers
