Once COVID-19 is no longer considered a risk, to have a one day national holiday
Once COVID-19 is no longer considered a risk to have a one day public holiday. Encourage local celebration and community spirit and allow the nation to take a moment to take a deep breath, and reflect, and mark a starting point of the nations healing.
To give the nation hope and a positive focus, a light at the end of the tunnel and something to look forward to at a time when morale is low, and no end appears to be in sight.
