Keep Churches open during the lockdown
Keep Churches open during the proposed new lockdown
Churches are essential. While universities and schools are allowed to open despite being the largest hotbeds for viruses, churches are being forced to shut. Churches are pivotal to the wellbeing and mental health of people. As Covid-19 and the lockdown progresses, more and more people are suffering from anxiety and depression, and suicides are rising. Churches provide crucial spiritual support in these hard times. Furthermore, church fellowship is an essential part of the Christian faith.
