Allow Driving Instructors to certify students due to mass test cancellations
Allow Driving Instructors/Driving Schools to certify students for a Driving/Riding License without the need for a test.
With mass cancellations, increased risk of exposure for Public transport uses and nationwide frustration for the reasoning for test cancellations, the Government should allow Instructors or schools to certify students independently, similar to teachers granted grades to students without the need for examination.
