Allow pubs and restaurants to sell takeaway alcohol during 2nd Lockdown.
This was a life line that kept many establishments viable during the first Lockdown. Let's have something to look forward to when eventually we'll be allowed out to meet our family and friends.
This was allowed during the first Lockdown so why are you not permitting it this time? It keeps establishments open, keeps jobs viable and allows a little joy to all of us locked down.
