Extend expiring theory certificates for the length of lock down.
Please extend expiring theory test certificates of people learning to drive by the length of lock down.
Due to lock down, there were an estimated 20,000 people who’s theory test certificates expired by September 2020 alone. We are now in another lockdown, meaning more people’s certificates are getting closer to expiry date through no fault of their own. Even more practical tests have been cancelled, people are losing their chance of driving. To take another test is costly, and robbing more precious time than already taken. You hold your theory for life, please allow these people a better chance.
