Keep gyms and fitness centres open during any lockdowns for our mental health.
We want you to keep gyms and fitness centres/clubs open during any lockdowns. For many people gyms and fitness clubs are their medicine to help with their mental health. Mental health is suffering due to these restrictions and lockdowns. We need to keep these open.
There is no scientific evidence to show that gyms are a risk of spreading the virus. Gyms and fitness clubs are there to help people with their physical and mental health. Obesity increases the risk of Covid 19. Mental health is suffering. Gyms and fitness centres help with both of these. They save lives and reduce the strain on the NHS!
