Open leisure centres and gyms during lockdown.
Participating in fitness and exercise is vital for leading a healthy lifestyle. Health professionals and the NHS recommend Participating in physical activity on a daily basis in order to prevent many diseases related to those who comprise a unhealthy weight. Another really big important factor is the benefits for people’s mental health. Exercise releases Endorphins that help with depression. People are not only being forced to be more alone during this time but are being taken away from continuing there health and fitness regimes.
