Electrify public transport in the UK, especially large city’s!
Encourage public transport company’s to convert electric vehicle's to electric propulsion and fund electric vehicle technology.
There is absolutely no benefit to internal combustion powered public transport, and the lack of electrification is outright pathetic and lazy. The large engines of these vehicles are huge contributors to climate change and it’s solely unacceptable.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This would be a matter for local councils.
We could publish a petition calling for the Government to create a fund to enable local authorities to electrify public transport, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
