Allow driving lessons and tests to take place in the second lockdown
During the second lockdown driving lessons and tests should still take place because it is still classed as educational. If schools, colleges and universities will be open then so should driving tests and lessons take place.
In the last lockdown we had hundreds and thousands of learner drivers were affected as their tests were postponed and it created a huge backlog when the DVSA opened their booking system again and the system crashed about 3-4 times this will end up happening again and it will cause issues for the DVSA. So please could you reconsider this decision and allow driving lessons and tests to take place.
