Petition Action

Ban the sale of fireworks to members of the public.

Petition Details

Only allow fireworks to be sold to the organisers of registered events.

Additional Information

Too many people are using fireworks to cause harm to people, animals and property. Not only can they cause physical damage in the wrong hands, they also affect many people and animals psychologically.

It would be a great relief to our emergency services if fireworks were only available to responsible organisers.
