Ensure life saving cancer treatment is not affected due to the covid pandemic.
The government needs to recognise and publish the amount of deaths that have occurred since the covid pandemic that are a result of life saving treatment being affected due to covid. The government needs to make provisions for cancer patients treatments to not be affected any further.
Specialist covid hospital have been built that sit empty and have not been utilised during this pandemic. Instead, hospitals are being overwhelmed with covid patients which is having a long term effect on other illnesses. No persons life saving treatment should be affected. Every patient deserves treatment and no illness is more of a priority than others. Treat all patients fairly and don’t cancel life saving treatment or operations. #AllLivesMatter #CancerLivesMatter
