Allow people to remove their relatives from care homes if they want to.
Not arrest them, like the woman was when she tried to take her 97 year old mother home, as reported by the BBC on 4th November 2020.
Care home residents should be allowed to decide where they live or if they have dementia, the person with lasting power of attorney should be able to decide for them. The Police are currently intervening to stop them for some reason. A care home is not a prison and the pandemic is not a reason to turn it into one.
