unsuspend driving lessons and tests
allow england to restart driving lessons and tests throughout lockdown. this is essential and education.
allow driving lessons to re start.this is education and if teachers can be in a class of 30 plus students an instructor can have 1 to 1 following all guidelines this is education and vital to so many.
