Petition Action

BBC stop threats of prosecution when people legally cancel their TV Licence.

Petition Details

Stop the BBC continually demanding people buy a TV Licence after they have legally cancelled their Licence because of the current conditions of people watching Streamed TV. And also people’s lack of faith in the BBC.

Additional Information

Currently the BBC can demand entry into people’s homes with no evidence of wrongdoing when the person has exercised their right to make a choice of what they want to purchase and view.
