Stop the sale of fire works in the UK for personal/ private use, allowing fireworks to only be displayed at public events for bonfire night

Every year on bonfire night thousands of animals across the UK go into complete shock, some even becoming paralysed with fear at the sound of fireworks,
The psychological effects it has on animals is so severe its caused death and has been dubbed 'firework fright'.
