Expedition of court hearing whereby children are removed from one parent.
Introduce 14 day deadline for cases where one parent is intent on destroying the other while NOT focusing on the best interests of the children.
Currently 6 week wait for family court hearings for child arrangement orders, when allegations only.
This constitutes emotional abuse for children and needs to be a maximum of 2 weeks.
