Only allow silent fireworks, to stop death & stress related injuries in animals.
Make it illegal for noisy fireworks to be sold/let off. Only sell silent fireworks.
RSPCA data suggests that over 60% of dogs show marked signs of distress when exposed to firework displays, even outside the home. Applied to the UK canine population, that suggests that there are at least five and a half million dogs that are subjected to unnecessary fear and distress every year.

While some fireworks are marketed as silent, these still make some noise. If you would like the Government to reduce the decibel limit to a specific level, you could start a new petition requesting this.
