Petition Action

For OFSTED to ask questions in schools regarding hwo they support Young Carers

Additional Information

At present there are no questions being asked by OFSTED on how schools are supporting identified young carers in their schools.

According to OFSTED, young carers come under the group of 'vulnerbale people'- which also covers a wide range of other vulnerbale people. No specific questions are being asked.

We want the government and OFSTED to start asking schools questions about their young carers and hopefully they will start identifying more and giving them support in school that they so desperetly need.
It will also work by raising awareness and understand about what young carers have to go through.
