Allow non binary people to mark 'other' on legal documents where gender's needed
People should be able to legally identify as 'non binary' or 'other' on official documents such as passports and birth certificates.
Gender non conforming people in the uk face a lot of discrimination and people telling us that we're either male or female. This makes life very difficult, the small change of allowing us to identify as not male or female legally would help to make gender non conforming people feel more comfortable and also help to reduce the oppinion that there are only two genders among the public (as this can lead to increased amounts of hate crimes, discrimination and general invalidation)
