Petition Action

Reconsider A Ban On Sales Of Fireworks To The General Public.

Petition Details

To ban the sales of Fireworks to the general public and limit to organised, safe displays/events only.

Additional Information

Fireworks are traumatic for many people and animals and cause massive disruption, upset and injury every year. People don’t limit the use of fireworks to just 5th November they are being let off weeks before and after. Teenagers throw them an innocent people and animals for fun. They are too loud and can be made quieter but there’s no limit in the UK on the decibels so they are made cheap and loud. It needs to be monitored and controlled far more than it is for everyone’s safety.
