Motorcycle Helmet law

Additional Information

The UK Motorcycle helmet should be changed or removed. Currently allowing one group to not wear a helmet is illegal and as we all should have equal rights to choose to wear a helmet, or not, should the law be removed. Amend the Road Traffic act to be morally correct and within equal rights laws.
