Fair pay for health care assistances
After all the work were doing in nursing home to keep the most vulnerable safe £8.73 is a kick in the teeth
Were doing just as much as we can to keep people safe and it seems working in a residential home they keep a better pay than we do all I want for HCA is a fair pay a living wage
