Priority for corona virus vaccines
I would ask government to consider providing the vaccine to the elderly confined in care in order they can at last see family members and loved ones with a degree of confidence, as many families have not seen loved ones since March 2020
Because many vulnerable elderly people in care homes need family connections and interactions for their mental well being as do persons whose relatives are in care homes

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Residents in care homes are already the top priority group for receiving Covid-19 vaccination: www.gov.uk/government/publications/priority-groups-for-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-advice-from-the-jcvi-2-december-2020/priority-groups-for-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-advice-from-the-jcvi-2-december-2020
