Make the 24th December 2020 a Bank Holiday
As you know the Covid-19 Pandemic has been a difficult time for everyone worldwide, many have suffered mental health issues, loss of a family member or the shut down of a business. We need this day to spend it with loved ones and to support each other.
The bank holidays during the lockdown did nothing for the nation, it was no different to any other day. An additional bank holiday during Christmas period could boost retail sales, improve moral of the nation and give people more time together with friends and family/
Please make the 24th December 2020 a substitute bank holiday, for the ones we didn't get the chance to enjoy during the lockdown.
