Close Universities and send the students home until the virus is under control.
Close universities and send students back to their home residences until the virus is more undercontrol.
Cities with high numbers of students are some of the worst effected areas. Edinburgh is hit particularly hard with covid hotshots where there is a dense student population. Not only is it bringing people from all over the country but also all over the world. And most of the teaching is online. This could be done from their home residences. It is unnecessary for them to be on campus. Send the students home and close the universities.
