Remove nurses in uniform from Tesco advert.
Nurses are not permitted to wear their uniforms outside of work to do shopping and this is being advertised on the current Tesco advert. I want Tesco to remove this depiction from their advert.
Infection control prevents nurses wearing uniforms to complete shopping outside working hours. The advert depicts a nurse in uniform doing her food shopping which is a breach of infection control policy within each hospital/care setting where uniforms are worn. Even worse they depict this scene during a global pandemic, this is an incorrect display of nurses and damaging to their reputation.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is a matter for Tesco.
