Petition Action

Decriminalise Psychedelic / Entheogenic Plants and Fungi

Petition Details

Please decriminalise Entheogenic plants and fungi that are classified under Class A drugs.

Mushrooms, cacti, iboga containing plants and/or extracted combinations of plants similar to Ayahuasca; and limited to those containing these compounds: indole amines, tryptamines, phenethylamines.

Additional Information

Whilst having one of the lowest mortality rates that're on par to most legal drugs, there are plenty of medicinal uses that outweigh the negative effects - such as, treating for Depression, PTSD, addiction, and many others...

Many colleges and universities have/are doing research into the benefit effects of these compounds, whilst the use of Entheogenic plants are on the increase alongside the legalisation among other cities around the world.
