Call for fireworks to be silent in order to prevent anxiety for animals.
We would like parliament to debate this issue in order to make a law to make all fireworks silent. This is an important issue as it does create a lot of anxiety around November 5 and New Year's Eve.
We want Parliament to create a new law to bring in the use of silent fireworks.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
You may wish to sign some of these petitions:
Review and reduce the decibel limit on fireworks sold to the public: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/549758
Ban the use of all fireworks in order to reduce air and noise pollution: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/334448
While some fireworks are marketed as silent, these still make some noise. If you would like the Government to reduce the decibel limit to a specific level, you could start a new petition requesting this.
