Every child has the right to get free Early years education
Not every parent earns more than £100,000, some parents earn just above the thresholds or lower income. Sometime not having childcare make parents to stay on benefits. Those families earn between 20k to 40k their kids loose out from early years education.
End the discriminatory income level, every child has the right to start early years support from 2 year old. This is an institutional discrimination.
