Emplyment tribunals given power to impose fines against individuals found guilty
Emplyment tribunals to be given powers to impose fines against individuals found to have been in breach of employment law, either in addition or instead of powers to impose fines on employers. Individuals of misconduct to be held personally accountable not the the business or employer.
The Magistrates / Court given the power to impose fines upon individuals who manage staff when judgement against them is awarded during an Employment tribunal. Often individuals who have acted inappropriately are not held accountable for their actions. The Civil Service, employer or Unions often cover all costs and compensation paid to the victim, often via the public. Unless there are consequence to these individuals not just the “business” they will continue to destroy lives unchecked.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Tribunals can already issue fines for aggravated breaches of employment law.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
