Prosecute county lines gangs with child sexual activity when children plug drugs
Charge organised crime gang members under 2003 Sexual Offences Act when a child under 16 reports that they were told/forced or coerced to plug drugs on their anus or vagina
To encourage organised criminal gangs not to do this to young people. A sexual offence charge as well as a drugs charge may reduce this from happening
