Protect the well-being and mental health of teachers and leaders of education by stopping the release of Department for Education announcements, instructions, and guidelines outside of normal working hours, especially on Friday evenings and immediately before school holidays.

Additional Information

Teachers and leaders are under immense pressure, and the release of important information or instructions just before evenings, weekends, and school holidays leads to significant impacts on work-life balance, negatively impacts on mental health and well-being, and leads to an unhealthy always-on culture.
