Import Natural Gas From The USA
The wholesale price of natural gas in the USA is between a third and a half of the price in the UK and the rest of Europe.
In view of the recent disastrous escalation in energy prices the government should set in motion immediate plans to import liquefied natural gas from the USA and also to increase the present meagre 15 days' storage capacity to at least 100 days.
