Avoid pay per mile road charges
Drop the idea of pay per mile road charges and find a suitable alternative for electric vehicles and keep the current system for all ICE vehicles
Pay per mile will disadvantage people who have no other choice than to use their cars due to lack of suitable alternatives ,eg rural areas
