Change the current VED collection Rules / Laws
Stop DVLA charging twice for the same VED period, in particular when a car is sold and bought.
Car sold 31 March, VED for April onwards is refunded.
Car purchased 31 March, VED is back dated to 1st March.
DVLA have been paid twice for the 30 days of March.
Why do I want the Government to debate stopping the Government (DVLA) from charging twice for something.
It is not a fair system to charge TWICE for a service.
