Every owner who breeds a dog more than once, requires a breeding license.l
We want the government to create a new law meaning owners of animals can not breed a dog more than once without a breeding licence. Currently an owner only needs a breeding licence when breeding an animal more than 3 times in 1 year. This means that the dog can be used to breed a dangerous amount.
