Revoke the Health & Social Care Act 2008
We the People being of sound mind and of good heart wish for the Health & Social Care Act 2008, including any and all external effects of its provisions, to be revoked with immediate effect.
This will bring to an end the reign of tyranny which currently plagues all of our lives, by reclaiming certain powers which have without any shadow of a doubt become abused by the Secretary of State for Health.
The Government must recognize the liberties of the People it represents.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you are concerned about provisions in the Health and Social Care Act 2008, which is primarily about the regulation of care quality and of medical profesisonals, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like to change as a result of repealing this Act.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
