Legalise marijuana to absorb some covid financial implications
Government should discuss the possibility of legalising marijuana in order to prevent such large tax increases to repay the costs from covid and the furlough scheme
Legalisation of marijuana and the subsequent tax revenew that would be gained would help to absorb some of the cost of the Covid-19 crisis. It has been proven in many states throughout North America, amongst other places within the world to be a successful way off increasing tax revenew, whilst still maintaining public support for the political party in power.
