being in an accident that wasn't your fault shouldn't make your premiums go up
Make it illegal for insurance companies to increase or decline premiums just because some other road user was negligent in their driving.
I was in two accidents earlier in the year. Neither of which I was found at fault. When I went to renew my motorbike insurance, it was only about £80 cheaper despite having 3 years no claims bonus and also being 22 instead of 21.
I was declined insurance from a pay as you go insurance company because of my incident history. Checking to see how much my insurance would be from a normal insurance company and 3rd party is £500 more expensive than my bike insurance.
