Keep Ofsted inspections paused until the COVID pandemic is under control.
Ofsted inspections need to be held off until the pandemic is more under control. They had been paused for a while and yet the government are now in talks about restarting them.
For anyone working in a school, Ofsted inspections are the most stressful time of the year. School staff are already under an immense pressure day to day due to the implications of COVID on staff numbers and safety. Adding the pressure of an Ofsted inspection will be extremely detrimental to the health and wellbeing of school staff and therefore impacting on the entire school environment.
