Massacre of Romanian dogs

Additional Information

I call on the Government to look into the abuse that is occurring in Romania regarding the street dogs. It is an offence in our Country to abuse a dog and with Romania being a member of the European Union I would like to see someone brought to justice for the mass abuse that is occurring and a stop put to it immediately.
