More tiers on the tier system, each tier is 14 days going from top to bottom.
4: No school Year 9+ or pubs. Gyms, outdoor pools, playgrounds and non essential shops open. Rule of 3
5: lockdown
6: No shops, children key workers looked after. Only leave work if your work requires you to do so.
Mass testing for high risk places every tier.
The only way to end coronavirus properly is to eradicate all human contact for around 14 days. This is why key workers must stay at their workplace. It also means anyone who goes to hospital they sleep outside when they no longer require care.
