Reverse the decision to cut funding for LGBT inclusivity programmes in schools.
We need to help protect vulnerable LGBT students in school. The programme recently had it’s funding cut. We want this funding reinstated so all children receive proper education, to stop LGBT kids getting bullied.
LGBT kids suffer much larger rates of bullying as well as far more likely to commit suicide than non-LGBT kids. We need to show we are a tolerant and caring society and celebrate differences, education is a lifeline to that end.
