Extend the 30 hours free childcare to cover children under 3 years old.
Extend the 30 hours free childcare to include younger ages.
Families who want to return to work are often unable due to the cost of childcare. Children aged 3 and over already get 30 hours free childcare. Extending this to include younger ages will allow families to return to work.
