All MPs to be legally bound to a code of conduct
To have a legally binding code of conduct for all MPs to ensure the highest standards of honesty, integrity and transparency in public office
To ensure politics is not shrouded in lies, half truths, manipulation of the facts, cover ups and cronyism. To ensure open and honest debate , transparency and integrity are at heart of Governance. It’s imperative that the public’s faith in government and governance is paramount and the consequences of not upholding the highest standards of public office are dealt with independently and where necessary by the courts

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. There is already a Code of Conduct for MPs, which you can read about here:
www.parliament.uk/business/publications/commons/hoc-code-of-conduct/
You could start a new petition calling for changes to the sanctions or enforcement of the Code, but you'd need to be clear about what changes you'd like to see happen.
